Erin McGuire-Thompson is an author/illustrator who is currently seeking representation and publication for several picture books and early reader graphic novels. She is a member of the 2022-2023 class of the Author Academy program at The Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning (Lexington, KY). Her illustration work can be seen in a series of children's books by Christine Elizabeth Herren (A Little Hippo Finds a Forever Home 2022 and The Eileen Series 2019). She also has pieces in personal collections from Kentucky to Maine. She is an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). She lives in Lexington, KY with her husband and her two dogs.
